We are a communication agency, event promoter, and promotion platform for Portuguese gastronomy founded in 2013 by Ana Músico and Paulo Barata. We belong to the company cluster of the Live Content Group since 2020.

We have an experienced and multidisciplinary team divided into three fields of expertise: PR & Communication, Events, and Brand Activation.

Over more than seven years, we have worked with some of the best chefs and restaurants of the Country and the greatest international names in the field, in events such as Sangue na Guelra or The Power of Food.

In 2020, we received the Great Award of the Portuguese Gastronomy Academy (Grande Prémio da Academia Portuguesa de Gastronomia) with Arrebita Portugal, a festival created for the pandemic context.

In Amuse Bouche, we believe that gastronomy is the most powerful and effective way to dialogue. This is our power: to communicate through food.
