With soul and food, Alentejo was honoured
For the first time, Alentejo received some of the most relevant names of national and international gastronomy in a single event! During two days, the Centro de Ciência Viva, in Estremoz, welcomed 22 top chefs, who served the most vibrant street food, inspired by the gastronomy of Alentejo and the best local produce.
At a great outdoors gastronomy party with plenty of entertainment, tradition joined modernity and honoured the produce of Alentejo, and the huge potential of one of the country’s richest gastronomic regions.
