A sustentabilidade dos Ocean sustainability at the centre of the debate no centro do debate
Alexandre Silva, João Rodrigues, Leonel Pereira, and Rui Silvestre were some of the names who joined the host, João Oliveira, at both editions of the gastronomic festival Mar Adentro, held at Bela Vista Hotel & Spa, Praia da Rocha, Portimão.
With sustainable fishing and respect for the ocean as motto, the festival brought to the foreground some fish species traditionally forgotten by fine dining in two lunches held in privileged sceneries: one at Ria de Alvor and the other aboard a trawler.
