Origens

Another festival curated by Sangue na Guelra and driven by sustainability, Origens joined some of the names present at Young Chefs With Guts to the best producers of the country. In three editions, dinners were never held in the same place, travelling through the kitchens of restaurants such as Alma, Loco, Cozinha Popular da Mouraria, or 1300 Taberna.

In a festival with a real rock’roll spirit, every chef, all the chefs were invited to forage on the fields, accompanied by producers from the most different fields, and then served their creations on tables with very a limited number of seats.
