What unites us? The power of food
As a reaction to the severe crisis that affected the restauration field, the Sangue na Guelra Symposium reinvented itself with a live streaming format that brought together some of the greatest players of the global restauration field to discuss the power of food and the impact of the pandemic in the industry, Portugal, and the world, in its first edition.
During two days of profound reflection, Juan Roca, Virgilio Martinez, Gaggan Anand, Andoni Aduriz, Mauro Colagreco, Daniel Humm, José Avillez and more than 40 personalities of the world’s gastronomy came together on a 100 percent free event, oriented to the professionals and players of the field, as well as the general public.
